想求助一句關於高中英文文法
不知道自己的想法是否正確
句子為文章中的一句話 如下：
這段主要在說這個人很認真
（上文 He paid attention to even the small details.)
He would work long hours each day,
editing song lyrics and planning different special effects.
（下文 Many nights, he would convice his wife to sleep on his office couch.)

我覺得用would V, Ving, Ving較能夠表達 連續一貫動作的表態，其它文法沒問題

之前看到書上的解釋是..and he edited...and planned..不知道有比較正確嗎？ 謝謝回答喔
