官網feedback仍然沒有回覆,感覺我是白寫了
別的不說,我是真的很想看歐洲總公司會怎麼回我
反而PTT鄉民的力量還真是有用
有鄉民客戶拿我的發文去找他們
比較專門的網站watchbus倒是回覆不多
最後101 IWC回覆可以給我更換全新的錶殼及鍊帶
錶殼可以在21個工作天後交給我
鍊帶好像是要從歐洲過來會比較久
會再通知我去換鍊帶
反正就是本來說的沒料什麼的因素都是可以被解決的
以上跟大家報告
也非常感謝把文章拿去給IWC看的鄉民
我想這是這次IWC處理方案改善的主因
IWC也跟我說我這樣的po文對他們品牌形象影響很大
不過也承認我寫的都是事實
最後,請教各位先進,IWC這樣的處理我有什麼要注意的嗎?
如何檢查?如何確認是否是新錶殼新鍊帶?
我想IWC是不致於為了這個騙我啦!
但還是小心為上
