首先應該要避免的是VFR into IMC,但飛行員因為壓力而讓自己陷入了此危機中。陷進去以後也沒有把儀器飛好,跟ATC說要爬升,一開始有爬一些,但最後卻是在下降,同時還是跟ATC說正在爬高到4000。唉,RIP Kobe and other ppl on board.
