He went on to be hitting coach in the Los Angeles Dodgers' system form 1984
to 1992, the Chicago White Sox chain from 1993 to 2001, the Toronto Blue Jays
in 2002 and has been in the Chicago Cubs' chain since 2003. He was a coach
for the South Bend White Sox in 1993, the Chicago White Sox from 1998 to 2001
and the West Tenn Diamond Jaxx of the Southern League in 2003-2005. Beginning
in 2006, he was a coach for the Iowa Cubs. In June 2009, he replaced Gerald
Perry as the Chicago Cubs hitting coach. In 2010-2011 he was back in Iowa.
在MLB擔任過打擊教練 應該可以期待
