真理之神要把你們引入一切真理
福音：若十六12-15
那時候，耶穌對門徒說：
「我本來還有許多事要告訴你們，然而你們現在不能擔負。
當那一位真理之神來時，他要把你們引入一切真理，
因為他不憑自己講論，只把他所聽到的講出來，
並把未來的事傳告給你們。
他要光榮我，因為他要把由我所領受的，傳告給你們。
凡父所有的一切，都是我的；
為此我說：他要由我領受而傳告給你們。」
反省
如果天主不啟示祂自己，人不能認識祂。
儘管祂向我們啟示了，如果沒有祂的幫助，人也不能認識祂。
門徒們能領受的，耶穌都給他們說了；
但聖神還沒有來之前，門徒仍然不明白。
因為信仰上的「認識」，不是靠腦筋所能理解的「知識」，
而是在生活中的心靈經驗，與天主的親密關係。
因此，我們要祈求天主聖神，引領我們認識真理，
認識耶穌和天父，足夠讓我們相信祂和朝拜祂。
越認識天主，我們的信德也隨之增加，這信德也幫助我們
對天主有更深的認識。

Gospel JN 16:12-15
Jesus said to his disciples:
“I have much more to tell you, but you cannot bear it now.
But when he comes, the Spirit of truth,
he will guide you to all truth.
He will not speak on his own,
but he will speak what he hears,
and will declare to you the things that are coming.
He will glorify me,
because he will take from what is mine and declare it to you.
Everything that the Father has is mine;
for this reason I told you that he will take from what is mine
and declare it to you.”
