Ali joins Vitesse

Mukhtar Ali has today completed a permanent transfer to Vitesse Arnhem.
The 19-year-old returns to the Dutch club, where he impressed on loan
during the second half of last season.
Having joined the Chelsea Academy as an Under-11, Ali was part of our
teams which won the FA Youth Cup and UEFA Youth League in 2015/16. He was
the only player to feature in all 10 matches of the European competition.
After spending the first half of last season with our development squad,
the midfielder was then loaned to Vitesse and made six appearances in the
Eredivisie.
