24-strong Chelsea squad arrive in Northern Ireland

A group of 24 Chelsea players have landed in Belfast ahead of tomorrow's
Super Cup showdown with Villarreal.

The travelling party arrived in the Northern Irish capital at lunchtime
after a short flight across the Irish Sea. Thomas Tuchel and two of his
players will be on media duty this afternoon, and then the whole squad
will train at Windsor Park. It will their final preparation before the
contest between last season's Champions League and Europa League winners.
Included in Tuchel's group for tomorrow's game are Ruben Loftus-Cheek and
Trevoh Chalobah. Along with new signing Marcus Bettinelli, they are the
only players who were not at Chelsea last season.
The full Chelsea squad is:
Kepa Arrizabalaga, Marcus Bettinelli, Edouard Mendy;
Toni Rudiger, Marcos Alonso, Andreas Christensen, Thiago Silva,
Trevoh Chalobah, Kurt Zouma, Ben Chilwell, Reece James, Cesar Azpilicueta,
Emerson;
Jorginho, N'Golo Kante, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Mateo Kovacic, Mason Mount,
Kai Havertz;
Tammy Abraham, Christian Pulisic, Timo Werner, Callum Hudson-Odoi,
Hakim Ziyech.
The Super Cup starts at 8pm UK time tomorrow night.
Please note that the numbers the players wear tomorrow evening are not
necessarily the squad numbers for the upcoming season.
