最近這兩年突然在網路上經常看到「內捲」或「內卷」這樣的名詞，台灣的年輕人在對話
中也常會使用，大陸甚至在2021年將「內卷」列為十大流行語!「內捲」一詞給人粗略的
印象似乎是在特定團體、公司或某個業種，在激烈競爭下大家都很拚搏，付出和回收相較
之下卻所得有限，非常辛苦。在社會學概念「內捲化」是用來形容在某個社會單元中，發
展到某個階段後，成員就在一個簡單層次上重複勞作而毫無發展。
現今，內捲被用來形容「白熱化的競爭」，亦即在資源有限的情況下，人們為了得到資源
，而進行不正常的過度競爭。當某人開風氣之先，率先進行了某件事情而深獲好評並因此
得到回報後，其他人隨之效法，進行同樣或類似的工作，當初新奇有料的
結果，因為其他人都在做也就不足為奇，社會或市場的受眾不夠多，變得相互激烈競爭，
誰也沒有討到好處。這種例子比比皆是，例如「葡式蛋塔」、「網購送餐」等等。
大陸網友就用了一個滿貼切的比喻來形容：當大家都擁有葵花寶典後，如果你不練，就會
被打敗，於是所有人都練了。但這樣一來，每個人都擁有了葵花寶典，也就沒有特別之處
了，因此沒有人從中受益。另一個頗為傳神的描述是：在平面的小劇場看表演，如果前排
的人站起來了，後排的人就只能跟著站起來，最後就會造成原本可以坐著舒服欣賞的表演
，變成大家都必須站著看。累壞了!當大家都往一個方向模仿或學習做類似的事情，雖然
非常努力，因為沒有差異化價值而處在紅海的惡性競爭中。
當社會文化發展停滯，經濟處於泡沫化邊緣，大環境的人力、物力資源短絀又缺乏開創性
，在各行各業中都有可能形成「內捲化」的工作環境，對於身處其中的人而言，可想而知
會造成多麼大的身心壓力。我們是否覺知這種環境變化對個人造成的影響?自己有多少本
錢因應這樣的內耗性競爭?當到處都有「內捲化」的現象，自己如何以不變應萬變?或者窮
則變、變則通，又怎麼變? 在今晚的「科技人沙龍」中，兩位分享者沛霖及默默提出了不
同的看法和做法，但都很有啟發性，真的非常感恩。
不是以媛往臉上貼金，想來想去現今社會可以有效解決這種在不利環境下，讓自己得以充
分準備去因應的學習團體，應該只有「超級生命密碼系統」了，因為它提供了身心靈三者
兼具的簡單實踐方法，可以協助建立專業知能及安定心性所需要的正能量，有了正能量一
切事情均可積極樂觀面對，並持續前行，終至達到目的地。超碼人一起加油吧!

1. 感恩沛霖和默默在「科技人沙龍」直播節目中分享對於「內卷化」的因應態度和作
法，非常有超碼人的智慧。
2. 因為先生出國，這段時間以媛完全獨處，可以整天不說一句話，除了巷子裡的鳥叫
和周邊鄰里的遠處聲音，家裡一片寧靜。剛好可以強化以媛練習靜心的效果，非常感恩。
3. 原來已經準備好早上要出去參加一個研討會，前後大約至少3個鐘頭，早早將一些
事情做料理，並規劃在途程中如何利用時間佐一點事情。結果老闆決定不必參加，一下子
多出3小時時間，真是太感恩了。
