在今晚的「太陽靈驗轉運法」小群共振中，對於玉娟的分享頗有心有戚戚焉的共鳴。特別
針對「意業」的部分，讓以媛回想過去也喜歡對人事物做評論，有時放在心中做一番自以
為是的品頭論足，有時與人交談時也會對某個人事物大放厥詞。後來發覺都是因為自己「
我執」產生的共高我慢，就將覺知加諸於對象，大部分都是貶多於褒，好像自己是個「判
官」一般。幸好現在知道收斂，對任何人事物進入腦海心念中，除非與自己切身相關需要
處理者，其他都如浮雲流水，在心中不起任何作用。因為「意業」減少，「口業」沒有機
會造作，採取不恰當行為而產生因果的機會也相對減少。現在非常可以體會管住起心動念
的「心」的重要性。
今天聆聽蔡禮旭老師《細講弟子規》中的「勿輕略」，再度提醒以媛這是自己最為漏德的
習氣。因為太過自信又生性粗心大意，對於人事物經常缺乏恭敬心，而有輕忽、輕慢的現
象，結果吃虧的是自己。「輕略」也容易導致做事不夠嚴謹，不夠謹慎而經常需要重工。
今天重聽這段音檔，過去所犯的輕略的錯誤彷彿歷歷在目，警示以媛不可重犯。決心是確
認的，仍要有秒秒GPS的實修，守住心燈才能步步為營，全然掌握，且受天地護佑。

1. 晚上下班路上看到一位父親左右牽著一對小姐弟，稚嫩的童音唱著歌曲，好不快樂
。以媛停下腳步忍不住誇讚了弟弟唱得好，也對小姐姐微笑問好。弟弟害羞轉頭，姐姐靦
腆抿嘴，好一幅可愛的模樣，禁不住感恩鄰里祥和，街道安全，大家平安生活，真是萬幸
