很久以前看過南懷瑾老師的文章，談到很多佛門弟子誦經拜懺、吃素禮佛，滿口佛語、一
身佛氣，但是細查他的言行舉止，卻不是那麼回事，人前人後兩個樣子。當時只覺得周圍
的確有這樣的人，在寺廟法會中熟悉各種儀軌，回到紅塵生活仍然計較。
今天看到太陽盛德導師在八年前「全球網路共修課」上，以南師的文章談真修行的意義，
並出版了五集的「談真修行(一)南懷瑾老師文章解析」的音檔，針對修行能否了悟、證道
，弄通宗教經典的要義並用在生活中，從而在天地運行裡非常自然地摸索到天地間的規律
，徜徉在天地的愛裡。非常珍貴。
以媛完整聽完後也告誡自己不要犯同樣的毛病。很多人求道若渴，飽讀各類經典、論述，
到最後卻更加迷茫，被修行工具壓垮自己，自縛手腳。東西方的宗教門徒嘗試用教門中的
「術語」來對話，甚至對於「教外人士」也以「行話」來互動，凸顯其對於修行的精進，
表現出好像遵從教規，很有禮節，但是否真能落實在生活中成為知行合一，身口意合一之
人，就不得而知了。任何修行人若說的和做的不一樣，因此而讓教外之人產生疑惑並因此
未能升起向道之心，耽誤了對方的慧命，就是罪過。
導師經常舉濟公活佛為例，表面上似乎沒有遵從所謂的「戒律」去拘束自己，但因為真修
，悟通了，所行的每件事情都到位，禪味足，智慧夠。如果滿口佛話，滿身佛氣，假模假
樣，人前人後所行之事大相逕庭，很難通過天地的揀選。以媛體悟到在任何宗教或身心靈
團體修行，要將經典、論述中的要義消化掉，用在生活中，否則熟悉儀軌，滿口術語並能
引經據典，但在起心動念卻背離教義，證悟程度淺薄，就遠離了修行的正道。
很喜歡導師以最簡單、直白的話來闡述修行，是調整生活，調整人生，調整心性。抓住每
個當下，每件事情都做對，就可以抓住永恆。抓住對的很重要，沒辦法抓住對的，就會在
未來一直處理那些當初做不對的人事物。那不對的會一直重複，可能在不同的空間或世代
，總會出現，還是要面對。這也提醒以媛時時、秒秒覺知、細修，以恭敬心看待每個人事
物。態度對了，足夠用心，有助於提振能量，就容易做出對的判斷和決定，做對的事情，
並且把事情做對，進入善的循環。
