Cheesecake is the greatest invention among all desserts. It combines the best
qualities of cake, cookies, and ice cream, making it irresistible, bite after
bite, without ever getting tired of it. Unlike cake and bread, which I don't
like because they don't taste good, cheesecake is made of cheese and tastes
completely different! The base of the cheesecake is a cookie, adding just the
right touch with a thin layer that enhances the texture! Cheesecake has a
soft and dense consistency like ice cream, but cheese tastes much better than
the all-fat ice cream. "Take the essence and discard the dregs"—that's why I
say cheesecake is the best-tasting dessert!
