Breakfast: latte , lemon slice
Lunch: kumara
Dinner : banana *2 , kiwifruits *2 , apple* 1
Small portion of cooked chicken breast
Exercise: workout 1.5 hours in gym
Sauna * 20 minutes
Weight: 52.5 kg
