早餐: 3 pieces of raisin toast + coffee + fish oil + grape seed
午餐: lots vegies + salmon + carrot + wholegrain oats
晚餐: 2 apples + smoke fish + oats
運動: 1 hr
喝水量: 1500 cc
今天的心情: period :/
