早餐: 2 cranberry toast n goat cheese + long black
午餐: green veggies + capsicum + salmon + oats
Afternoon tea: few rice cracker + long black
晚餐: 1 kiwi + 2 apples + small portion of salmon + 1 chicken breast strip + 7
mussels
運動: 1 hr 20 mins + 15 sauna
喝水量: 2000 up
今天的心情: ok
