早餐: 2 toasts + long black + nuts bar
午餐: lots green veggies + salmon+ oats + capsicum
晚餐: lots veggies + capsicum + few mussels + 1/4 avocado + 2 apples
運動: 1 hr 10 mins
喝水量: 1500 cc
今天的心情: ok
