早餐: 2 slice of toast, long black + grape seed+ fish oil
午餐: lots of veggies + capsicum + chicken breast + oats + cucumber
Afternoon tea: scone + long black
晚餐: banana + 2 apples + lots veggies
運動: 1 hr20 mins
喝水量: 2000 cc
今天的心情: tired
