早餐: wholemeal toast+ 1 kiwi+ long black
午餐: green veggies+ chicken breast
Afternoon tea: long black + banana
晚餐: 2 tangelos + strawberry + 2 kiwis + Apple + green veggies
運動: 1.5 hrs
喝水量: 1500 cc
今天的心情: ok, I hope to lose fat to 45 kg!
49.5 kg/ 152
