題目如下：
Suppose that the relationship between the public transportation demand(Q) and
ticket price(P) is given by the equation Q=αP^β(α*P的β次方)
Explain the sign (positive or negtive) of the parameter α,β.
我想問到底要怎麼判斷α的正負阿? (β應該是負值沒錯吧@@!)

我想到的是，根據需求法則成立，需求彈性為負，彈性為（dQ/dP)(P/Q)<0 ,Q帶入aP^B,可以得知B小於零
