我有時想表達這樣的句型在口語中
譬如：要不是缺錢，我早就離開這間公司了
但不知怎麼說才合適
有沒有先進能告知小弟一下咧??感恩

If it had not been for(=But for/Without)lack of mon-ey,I would/could/might/should have already resigned.Without lacking of money,I would have been resigned.lack可以當名詞也可以當動詞,上面那句用lack或動名詞都可以。此句型要注意時態，像是原po舉的例句缺錢是過去式或現在式;辭職是與現在事實相反,所以用過去式時態的aux.加have+p.p表示離開公司的完成式時態若缺錢是現在式:If it were not for(=But for/Without)lack of money,I would(c/m/s) have been resigned.

I need money otherwise I'll leave this compancy
