昨天和朋友討論一題改錯題 It's [extremely(A)] important that [every(B)] civilian [has(C)] the freedom of religion, speech, press, [assembly,(D)] and association. 答案是(C) 原因是 It's important that S + (should) + Vrt + ... 但想請問大家這個句子有沒有可能用has也可以(撇開非得改錯不可)呢? 就是在陳述 「每一個公民擁有這些自由(而且已經擁有)是件非常重要重要的事｣ 還是說只要用到It's important/essential/... that 之後就非得接假設語氣不可? 謝謝大家!
