「欲哭無淚」只能很白話的翻嗎？
例如網路上有：
1. tried to weep, but failed to shed a tear.
2. (He) felt like weeping but had no tears.
3.One wanted to cry but [yet] had no tears (left).
4. too deep for tears
有4這種用法嗎？
實在想不出除了直譯以外的翻法，
拜託各位了……謝謝！
