the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work.
我不懂這裡
to do what you believe is great work.
一般來說都不是
to do what you believe或to do great work.這樣嗎？
而且believe這裡是動詞，它的受詞就是前面的what了，
後面怎麼還有空間接is great work，好像變成兩個動詞了，
不太懂@@？

"一般來說...嗎？"-> 你接觸的不夠。他講的也是尋常表達/慣用表達[what you believe] is great workto do {[what you believe] is great work}{}裡頭，[]名詞子句，整個當主詞，這是解釋之一。另一種解釋是 "what"本身是主詞/名詞，然後[]子句內容是說明什麼特定的"what"(相當於... the thing which ... )你接觸的少/沒看過的用法自然不懂。所以才說要多閱讀

you believe是插入語。例如："What you think is the best movie this year?"、"What he believed was good tohis health was actually the opposite."。

比如我前述講的"文法"我是後來才知道的。但是在這之前我已經"讀懂了"。懂的意思後回頭配合文法看就很容易上手而我看/扯文法是為了在這裡混
