沒有錯，不過用分詞比較簡潔，盡量習慣分詞的形式每次都該寫成關代，閱讀速度會比較慢改

用關代的話 第二個that也是不需要的

哎...。要完整的話"that A, but that B" 這種寫法也有:http://i.imgur.com/gHncj4I.png省略後頭 that 這種寫法也很普遍。「省略」的前提都是「在略掉後(英文母語)讀者也能清楚的理解文義」這種的就有問題了: ".... a statement (沒有that) A, butthat(後頭突然冒出個that) B"
