當副詞修飾stop你可以試著把from當作形容詞修飾people看看people from doing blah blah怎麼樣都不是正常會有的語意吧...

from有時候可以省略，但可能會造成模糊因為會變成不知道分詞是在修飾受詞還是from doing的省略
