我想辨明 evaluate 與 assess 用途的差異。甚至是否有只能使用其中一種的情況。
我查了 Merriam-Webster ，並讀了 "Synonym Discussion" 那部分。

1. The doctor is evaluating the condition of the patient and is assessing the
cost of medication. 這句話正確合適嗎？
2. Can we evaluate/assess a human life? 這情況應該使用哪一種？
