曾經有學生跟我分享他在準備Google的英文面試的時候，
最後面試完面試官問我學生有沒有甚麼問題想問他
結果學生說他當下好像想不到有什麼有深度的問題可以問對方
所以底下我來詳細整理四種可以問面試官的問題類型：
→ 關於工作細節
→ 關於職務挑戰&合適度
→ 關於公司文化&願景
→ 問面試官在公司的工作經驗
有深度的問題跟普通問題都有喔~
1. 關於工作細節
☆ Can you describe the first-year accountabilities for this role and the
metrics you would use to evaluate my performance?
能否描述第一年的工作職責，然後會用怎樣的指標來評估我的工作表現？
→ the first-year：第一年的
→ accountabilities：工作職責
→ metrics：指標 (通常是一些評估工作成果的量化數據指標)
→ evaluate 某事/表現/成果：評估某事/表現/成果
☆ Has the salary range/accountabilities been determined for this
position?
這個職缺的薪資範圍/工作職責是固定的嗎？
→ salary range：薪資範圍
→ 某事 be determined：某事被確定/被固定下來
☆ What is the day-to-day routine like for this position?
每天要做的例行性工作是甚麼？
→ day-to-day routine：每日固定的工作內容
☆ Who will I be reporting to and who will I be working with?
我要報告給誰，然後我會跟誰一起工作？
→ report to 誰：報告給誰
→ work with 誰：跟誰工作
☆ When do you plan to make a hiring decision?
甚麼時候會做出要不要錄取我的決定呢？
→ hiring decision：錄取決定
☆ Can you describe the travel requirements?
如果要出差的話，出差的情況/需求會是怎樣？
→ travel requirements：
出差的實際狀況，需要多頻繁出差，一次出差多久等等細節
2. 關於職務挑戰&合適度
☆ What are the key challenges of the role?
工作主要挑戰是甚麼？
→ key challenges：主要的挑戰
☆ If I were to come to work for you, what can I expect during the first
thirty to sixty days?
如果我來這裡工作，一開始一兩個月會需要忙些甚麼？
→ If I were to：(假設性的口氣問) 如果我怎樣怎樣...
☆ Why has this role become available?
為什麼這個職缺會空出來？
→ 某職缺 become available：某職缺現在空缺出來 (所以需要新的人選)
☆ What type of opportunities are there for someone in this role, say
three to five years out?
這個工作如果做三到五年後，會有甚麼其他發展的機會嗎？
→ opportunities：這裡指的是在公司內有沒有其他發展的機會
(eg, 升官，外派，承接更重大專案等等)
3. 關於公司文化&願景
☆ Can you describe your company culture and how it plays a role in the
success of the company?
你可以講講公司文化並且分享為何這樣的文化可以讓公司變得成功呢？
(OS: 這個問題好高級啊 XD)
→ company culture：公司文化
→ plays a role in 某方面：在某方面扮演了怎樣的角色
☆ Where do you see this company in the next five to ten years?
公司未來五到十年大概會往怎樣的方向走呢？
→ in the next .. to ..：未來某時間到另一個時間這段期間
☆ What traits would make a candidate successful?
怎樣的特質對你們來說是好的職缺候選人特質呢？
→ traits：人格特質、個性
→ candidate：職缺候選人
4. 問面試官在公司的工作經驗
☆ What drew you to this team?
你為什麼會來現在這個團隊呢？
→ drew 誰：把誰吸引過去
☆ What do you find most challenging about working at XXX?
你覺得關於在XXX這個公司工作最挑戰的方面是甚麼呢？
→ What do you find + 形容詞 ＋about 某事：
關於某件事你覺得...的方面是甚麼呢？
→ most challenging：最挑戰的
