Hi everyone, I would like to share some of my experience of my job about the customer service part.
As an oversea sales, we always use the email to discuss the orders with our customers, so it will be very important to write "right things" in the email.
Even you hate this customer, your email attitude should always be plite.
My manager told me, first you have to learn how to explain your idea with more stentences, even a very easy idea, if customer misunderstand, it will become a big headache...
