寫信去問得到的回應如下

我發現好像亞洲其他國家也都還在
CHINA和TAIWAN被拿掉了
不知原因
不過另一個保險公司(iCarhireinsurance.com)
也很快的回應我.他們的歐洲方案我們是可以保的
這家的網站看起來比較大器和仔細
但是查不太到華人的資料
不知道有沒有人有經驗
