【Management Associate】
The world of banking is changing. New technologies are emerging and the rise
of fintech is transforming how banking is done. As the World’s Best Digital
Bank, we want to be at the forefront of that change. We’re looking for the
best and brightest to help us transform banking for the future.
Whether you’re from the sciences, technology, engineering, mathematics,
business, finance or doing your Masters/MBA, we’d like to meet you and see
how together, we can make banking joyful for everyone.
As part of this elite programme, you will go through a comprehensive two year
programme covering the fundamental skills to hone your leadership skills.
- Rotate across departments and develop skills in customer facing, product
development, risk management and problem solving.
- Meet fellow Management Associates from across our network.
- Access the minds of DBS’s senior leaders as well as global change makers.
- Be groomed to be a banking leader through our dedicated 9-week training
course at the DBS Academy.
