以下分享我在eat eat bistro非常糟糕的消費經驗,
I wanna share my terrible dinning exprience in eat eat bistro.
總共分為兩件事:
There are 2 parts in this article.
第一,也就是最嚴重的一件,
First, the worst thing,
該店冷氣機突然故障,
The airconditioner suddenly stop working and pour a lot of water.
不僅將我的餐點.平板淋濕之外, 也將我的頭淋的都是水,
It makes my waffle and my tablet wet but also my head.
但該店外場經理並沒有即時處理, 而是工讀生道歉
But the manager didn't do anything immediately, the part-time job guy felt
embarrassed and say sorry.
只是再事後跟工讀生說重做一份餐點,並沒有任何的道歉或賠償
The manager only ask the others give us new dishes, he even didn't say sorry
to us until we left.
這也是讓我浪費寶貴時間上來希望告訴大家,以防悲劇再度發That's why I spend my
leisure time on this article.I DON'T WANT ANYONE HAVE THE SAME TERRIBLE
EXPERIENCE AS MINE.
第二,該店鬆餅上餐速度約為40-50分鐘,這是讓我不能接受的
Second, we wait for our waffle for at least 40-50 mins
詢問後店員表示因為只有一台鬆餅機
The response is there is only one waffle machine.
但該店當時約有40位顧客以上
There are approximate 40 customer or more, actually it's not a good reason.
You should tell the customer before they order.
這並不是一個適當的理由
至少在點菜前應盡告知義務
注意事項：1.這裡不是黑特板，陳述時請勿使用過於直接的粗俗不雅字眼，
否則將刪文並依板規裁罰，不再另行提醒。
2.對刪文或板務管理相關事項有疑義時請寄信找板主討論，
勿直接於板面上發文，否則依板規刪除並設劣文。
3.對所欲抱怨之店家，建議勿使用諧音或符號代稱店名。
以避免引起誤會。
