銀湯匙泰式火鍋是晶湯匙泰式主題餐廳的一個分支，標榜全台第一家吃到
飽的泰式火鍋料理，而台南店也在去年底時與新光三越小西門同步開幕。
店內的配色以金黃色系為主，擁有半包廂式的用餐空間，中間以流蘇造型
的簾子隔開

入座後每人會附上餐具以及泰式沾醬：腐乳醬與青醬

汁與泰式奶茶，都是比較偏甜的飲料

參觀完了飲料區後，我們的火鍋也上桌了，而今天點的是泰式檸檬香茅與
青醬咖哩鍋。香茅鍋的味道很不重，只有淡淡的檸檬香味，而青醬咖哩的
味道很濃郁，除了咖哩味外，還有椰漿的香味

組合餐中我們點的醉仙腰果雞，吃不出來醉在哪裡，只覺得蕃茄醬的味道
很重

第二道是香茅檸檬魚，使用整隻的鱸魚下去製作，帶點酸味的醬汁與鮮嫩
的魚肉十分搭配

火鍋料與蔬菜的部份會有專人推車過來，模式與北沢壽喜燒有些雷同，不
