山頭火是來自日本北海道旭川市的品牌，到台灣拓點有一段時間了，
最早只有在台北營業，後來到台中大遠百開了分店，
而2016年6/27台南大遠百也跟進，成為了第一間台灣南部的每外分店。
第一次看到店外招牌的人可能會唸成火頭山、甚至火山頭，
但正確的店名真的是山頭火喔！
開幕前幾天時人潮不少，還要排隊領號碼才能用餐，
所以當天樂活團就採用直接到現場的模式等候，沒想到... 人並沒想像中的多...

等了一小段時間後，店員出來給予菜單並請候位的客人先點餐，
點完餐後才會帶位入座

本來以為連鎖店都會有菜單放在官網或FB之類的地方，就沒有拍攝點菜本了...
結果，官網和粉絲頁都沒有菜單，所以這次就沒有菜單給各位參考啦。
不過，Google一下應該可以看到其他人照的菜單，
而本文中的餐點還是一樣會標上價格。
辣味噌豬頰肉（小）NT. 340，豬頰肉與拉麵是分開的狀態，
麵量有小、中、大三種選擇，當然價格也比較貴

麵的硬度固定，湯頭辣度中等，鹹度也偏高

豬頰肉在台灣俗稱菊花肉、嘴邊肉，吃起來是軟嫩的口感，不過味道上不明顯

鹽味豬頰肉拉麵（大）NT. 360，跟辣味噌豬頰肉拉麵差不多的餐點，
但比辣味噌便宜10元，從帳單上看來辣味是額外+10元的模式。
雖然是鹽味，但湯頭意外清淡....

味噌拉麵（中）NT. 220，放了筍乾、叉燒、木耳、
蔥花以及魚板的典型拉麵，湯頭也偏鹹

海鮮迷你飯組合 NT. 170，據說是台南大遠百店的特別餐，
同桌的團員覺得很有趣就點來試試。基本上是由鮭魚生魚片、
鮭魚卵與蟹肉棒組合的飯類餐點，而且真的很迷你，當成正餐的話，
可能只適合幼幼班的小朋友

不過，飯的部分像味道不重的油飯，吃起來不怎搭
