Bolivia declares Israel a terrorist state
玻利維亞宣告以色列為恐怖主義國家

Bolivia on Wednesday renounced a visa exemption agreement with Israel in
protest over its offensive in Gaza, and declared it a terrorist state.
玻利維亞聲明，斷絕與以色列的免簽證協議，以抗議以色列入侵加薩。並且宣告以色列為
恐怖主義國家。
President Evo Morales announced the move during a talk with a group of
educators in the city of Cochabamba.
總統 Evo Morale，在與一群教育工作者們談話時，宣布這項行動。
"It means, in other words, we are declaring (Israel) a terrorist state," he
said.
「換言之，這代表了我們宣告他是個恐怖主義國家」
The treaty has allowed Israelis to travel freely to Bolivia without a visa
since 1972.
以色列自從1972年以來，就可以根據兩國的免簽協議，自由的往來玻利維亞。
Morales said the Gaza offensive shows "that Israel is not a guarantor of the
principles of respect for life and the elementary precepts of rights that
govern the peaceful and harmonious coexistence of our international
community."
Morale 說，對加薩的軍事侵略，代表以色列不再屬於「以和平與和諧共存的國際社群」
的一員。因為他們無法保障尊重生命和基礎權利的原則。
More than two weeks of fighting in Gaza have left over 1,300 dead and 6,000
wounded amid an intense Israeli air and ground campaign.
以色列對加薩超過兩週的空中與地面攻擊，已經殺害了一千三百多人，同時傷及了六千多
人。
In the latest development, 17 people were killed after two Israeli shells
slammed into a United Nations school, drawing international protests.
最新的消息顯示，以色列轟炸一間聯合國的學校，導致十七名人員死亡，並遭致國際社會
的抗議。
Bolivia broke off diplomatic relations with Israel in 2009 over a previous
military operation in Gaza.
事實上，玻利維亞早在2009年就因為以色列對加薩的軍事行動而與之斷交。
In mid-July, Morales filed a request with the UN High Commissioner for Human
Rights to prosecute Israel for "crimes against humanity."
在七月中旬，Morales 已經對聯合國人權理事會的高級專員提案，指控以色列涉及反人類
罪。
