前半段是說,聯合航空接受一根撐竿當成特別物品拖運...
如果在美國及其屬地,加拿大之間的航班,費用是$150.
國際航線為$200. 也就是說要飛去哥倫比亞要拖運也行,只不過要收$200,不是你所説的不適用.
這樣你懂嘛?
