左派怪人Slavoj Zizek去年的新書：
主標：REFUGEES, TERROR AND OTHER TROUBLES WITH THE NEIGHBORS
難民、恐怖主義、與歐洲鄰國的問題

拒絕雙重勒索
結論：歐洲不論是完全接受難民，或是完全拒絕難民，都不好，但有一個好作法：
那就是接收難民，但同時堅守歐洲價值與文化
有個媒體訪問了ZIZEK，談談這本書的意義，在這邊做個重點整理：
1. "The left tries to ignore the problem—for example they try to underreport
problems with immigrants.”
左派最大的問題是對問題視而不見，他們對於移民的問題都報喜不報憂
"My book is simply a great, desperate call for not keeping silent about this.”
我這本書就是呼籲大家打破沉默。
2. It’s easy to be humanitarian if your principle is that the others whom we
are helping are good warm guys, friendly. What if they are not? My point is
that even in that case we should be helping them.
如果難民都是好人，那麼人道主義就很容易，但如果他們不是好人呢？
依然要幫助他們！
3.Instead of prohibiting any critique of Islam as a case of "Islamophobia,"
the European left should have the courage to openly discuss the differences
between different sets of values
左派不要把任何對伊斯蘭的批評都打成恐伊斯蘭，反而應該要有勇氣公開討論價值觀差異
4.I never liked this humanitarian approach that if you really talk with them
you discover we are all the same people.No, we are not—we have fundamental
differences, and true solidarity is in spite of all these differences.
左派人道主義都說，跟難民接觸後就會發現，我們其實都是同樣的人類。
我不相信這種屁話！我們歐洲人在根本上和難民不一樣，真正團結乃是認識到不一樣後，
仍然支持對方。
5. 左派拒絕談論難民的問題，等於是就把話語權讓給極右派種族歧視份子來把持
6. 難民是資本主義發展所帶來的代價，我們必須徹底改革經濟結構，才能解決。
總之就是給極左人士給自己左派一個大警鐘
在這樣裝聾作啞下去，歐洲不是極右派興起，就是被外來文化同化。
台灣呢？我倒是覺得還好，不會有歐洲的問題啦。
