2022年7月20日英行政法院最新發函如下:
1) On June 21, 2022, Judge Alison McKenna, found that Decision Notice
IC-10945l-SlM2 dated 26 November 2021 was erroneous and that information
within the scope of the infom1ation request is held by the London School of
Economics and Political Science [LSE].
2022年6月21日，Alison McKenna法官認為2021年11月26日的IC-109451-SIM2決定通知是
錯誤的，資訊申請範圍內的資訊(蔡口委名單)由倫敦政治經濟學院(LSE)持有。
2) The Tribunal ordered that the LSE must within 28 days issue a fresh
response to the Appellant's original information request which confirms that
information within the scope of his request is held and either disclose it
or claim any exemptions to disclosure on which it relies.
法庭命令倫敦政治經濟學院必須在28天內對上訴人的原始資訊申請做出新的回應，確認其
申請範圍內的資訊被持有，並披露資訊或解釋他們有豁免權可以不公開的原因。
3) The Appellant has not received any response from the LSE or Respondent.

4) That 28 days have elapsed since the Tribunal order.

5) The LSE is in non-compliance with the Tribunal order
