The computer with less CPI must run fast than
another computer with larger CPI
since the former computer can complete one instruction
with less number of clock cycles.
請問這句話錯在哪？

CPI是cycle per instruction, 題目沒說IC和Cycle clocktime分別是多少，所以不能就這樣斷定
