我舉出一段好了，就知道她的報告有多不專業，根本在唬人
「Many operators do not consider the risk of an airplane crash because of the
low likelihood of such
an event. The scenario should not be excluded, however. An airplane crash
must be considered as
a relevant safety issue, because such a crash could result in major disaster.
」多數的核安皆不將飛機撞擊事故網入考量…怎麼不乾脆說這些核電廠都沒有核彈防護措
施? 最好中共飛彈打過來時還能升起防護罩…
結果我們的核四就要因為這樣的人說的話要停建了…
