對於另外一位匿名學者要求提供口試資訊的要求的回應更是直白：

簡單來說，德含認為這位匿名學者宣稱倫敦大學/LSE在1984年為了特殊目的違法
授予蔡英文學位的論點。
必須建立在校方在1984就看出蔡英文未來前途一片光明，極有可能在三十多年後當
上總統，因此違規給予學位是有價值的。
最後還直接說：
“ The Commissioner considers such a proposition to be fanciful at best.”
-專員認為這充其量只是幻想。

不論提出這要求的匿名學者是否真的有提到1984年的陰謀，
德含的回應都顯示ICO對於論文門的態度。

理查森認為這是在嘲笑侮辱質疑者1984年集團犯罪論現在也聽不太到了，至少前天的彭P自請死刑文沒提到。ICO答覆理查森後彭有說論文門時間更早層級更高，不知道是不是匿名學者的1984陰謀根據，不過論文門的時間軸真的很難整理。
