栓，讓許多國家決議暫停接種。歐盟藥品管理局（EMA）15日就相關問題進行討論後，再
度
信心喊話，強調目前出現血栓問題的接種疫苗人士比率，不比一般人群的血栓比率高，接
種
AZ疫苗利多於弊！
EMA在聲明中指出，歐盟每年都有數以千計人因種種原因出現血栓，而目前已接種疫苗人
士
當中的血栓個案數字，不比一般的病發率高。 EMA認為，考慮到感染武漢肺炎（新型冠狀
病
毒病，COVID-19）病毒的入院及死亡風險，以及接種疫苗的副作用風險，權衡之下還是利
多
於弊。
根據AZ公布的資料，在歐盟國家與英國施打的1700萬劑，僅37人血栓，沒有證據顯示接種
疫
苗與增加栓塞風險有關。EMA說，該局的安全委員會將在16日AZ疫苗問題研究相關訊息，
並
在18日舉行特別會議，以決定如何採取下一步的行動。
英國藥品及保健品管理局（MHRA）此前也指出，血栓自然情況下也有機會發生，並非罕見
疾
病。據MHRA紀錄，截至2月28日，涉及輝瑞（Pfizer）疫苗及AZ疫苗的血栓個案數目，分
別
為38宗及30宗。 MHRA強調，未能證實這是疫苗導致的副作用。
德國社會民主黨（SPD）籍議員兼流行病學教授勞德巴赫（Karl Lauterbach），痛批德國
政
府暫停接種AZ疫苗的決定，他認為，併發症十分罕見，而歐洲正爆發新一波疫情，接種AZ
疫
苗可挽救生命。

“In clinical trials both the vaccinated people and those who received the pla

bo have shown very small numbers of blood clot developments.
“The number of thromboembolic events overall in the vaccinated people seems n

to be higher than that seen in the general population.”
