“Maybe it was the Ghost of Fenway Past remembering he bad-mouthed all our
fans and our stadium, directing the ball at his leg,” Valentine said.
「也許芬威球場的英靈想到大將軍之前嘴砲了我們的球迷和球場，所以就讓球就往他
腿上飛過去了吧。」（通靈野球？）

that almost hit him, and then the last one hits him," said Carlos Peña.
"It's crazy when you actually are expecting it to happen and it actually
does. Everyone in our dugout knew what was coming. When it actually happens,
you're like, 'There it is.' What other proof do you need? Morales goes out
there, gets two quick outs, throws strikes, then all of a sudden he can't
find the strike zone with Luke. We just thought it was dirty."

"I respect every team and every player I play against. From what I know about
Morales, I know he's a pretty good guy," said Scott.

There's a lot of great tradition here. I can appreciate that as a player and

comment that, as a player, it's a difficult place to get your work in. At the
end of the day, that's it. By no means was I being disrespectful. I actually
praised the park for all the memories and the history and the nostalgia here;
those are all pluses. Just the one thing, as a baseball player coming here to
do a job, it's difficult."

"To be honest with you, he said something that was definitely unsuitable for
TV. I didn't like it," Upton said. "You know what, I don't have a problem
with the fans and all that. Sometimes they can cross the line. I felt like he
did and kind of lost my cool."
Asked if it was racial, Upton said, "I don't know. It's over with."
