Johnny Damon cuts off Manny Ramirez’s first pitch
The Red Sox held a reunion for their 2004 World Series championship team
before Wednesday’s game against the Braves. Manny Ramirez, who has been
hired as a player-coach for the Triple-A Iowa Cubs, was in attendance. So was
Johnny Damon.

Damon got a bit of revenge for that surprise cutoff when Manny went to throw
his ceremonial first pitch on Wednesday night at Fenway Park, with a cameo
from Jason Varitek at catcher …
