這邊應該是說天使會吃下83M中的絕大部分，
配合上一段大概是74~77M
然後Hamy會把不用繳的州稅補償給天使
以加州的州稅計算約9.5%
差不多就是8M左右
所以在這一個交易，先假設TEX出9/3Y
那就是天使吃下66M 條子吃9M LA幫忙吃8M(無誤)
所以其實跟前面推文估計的天使吃68M差不多
當然如果TEX只出6M天使就必須吃下69M
