既然原文提到MRI後顯示complete Grade 3 tear
那應該是就這樣了...
hip flexor 主要為Psoas major腰大肌 & Iliacus髂肌 合稱髂腰肌
有興趣的人再去google看看它們吧
當然股四頭肌中的股直肌跨越雙關節 也是會參與hip flex
