d. The free throw shooter may not cross the plane of the free throw line
until the ball touches the basket ring, backboard, or the free throw ends.
大意是：罰球員在球尚未觸及籃框(basket ring), 籃板(backboard), 或是
罰球完成前(ex:進球)，是不能進場的。
PENALTY:
(1) In (a-f) above, if the violation is by the offense, no point can be
scored. The ball is awarded out-of-bounds to the opposing team at the free
throw line extended.
罰則如下：
進攻方的分數不算，球權以出界算(out-of-bounds) 判給對方。
