Tuesday, Michael Carter-Williams and Victor Oladipo made history.
No two NBA rookies had ever recorded triple-doubles in the same game until the
Carter-Williams’ Philadelphia 76ers beat Oladipo’s Orlando Magic 126-125 in
double overtime.
Carter-Williams, who was named Eastern Conference Rookie of the Month on Tuesday,
had 27 points, 10 rebounds and 12 assists. Oladipo scored 26 points and had 10
rebounds and 10 assists.
