今日NBA IBAKA火鍋 有無勾天頂爭議 在此整理說明一下:

1.用nba規則看的話,此球仍有爭議,因為球碰觸籃板為籃框水平線下,所以必須要看球碰觸後是否持續上升,若持續上升,此球才能判定為妨礙中籃～
2.用FIBA規則看的話,由於此球碰觸籃板在籃框水平線下,所以為漂亮的火鍋～
我比較不了解的部份是,這球在比賽終了前兩分鐘內發生的,按照規則來說一定可要求裁判開會檢視重播畫面去看看是否此兩分必須加上去,我們看電視時也一直重播這個畫面代表現場大螢幕也是不斷重播,那波波應該會馬上跟裁判提出觀看後的改判等等,這就是我比較不明白的地方了.....
【NBA規則】
c.出手後球碰觸籃框水平線上之籃板時(不知道是否要完全超越水平面)，無論在上升或下降，被碰觸時，都算是goaltending
d. 球碰觸籃框水平線下之籃板時，球體繼續上升，且有進球機會，及構成goaltending
c. During a field goal attempt, touch a ball, which has a chance to score, after it hastouched any part of the backboard above ring level, whether the ball is considered on its upward or downward flight.
d. During a field goal attempt, touch a ball, which has a chance to score, after it has touched the backboard below the ring level and while the ball is on its upward flight.

出手後籃球打板後必須完全在籃框水平線上 且呈下降狀態才構成goaltending要件:
規則條文：作兩種狀?分析 一，為向下落的球，是空中自由落體。二，擦板後，不論上升或下降，皆不能碰！這是兩種狀?，應注意。
31.2.1 Goaltending occurs during a shot for a field goal when a player touches the ball
while it is completely above the level of the ring and:
‧ It is on its downward flight to the basket, or
‧ After it has touched the backboard.
