Patrick Patterson has signed a 3-year, $18 million deal with the Raptors.
Patterson is a solid backup for Toronto, and he had a great stretch last season
when Amir Johnson went down with an ankle injury. The signing leaves Toronto
with about $7.5 million to spend while remaining under the cap, and they still
have yet to retain backup point guard Greivis Vasquez.
