但是如果您說的是FIBA規則的話 就只說對了一半
FIBA 2014 RULES
17.3.2 During the throw-in other player(s) shall not:
o Have any part of their bodies over the boundary line before
the ball has been thrown-in across the boundary line.
o Be closer than 1 m to the player taking the throw-in when the throw-in
place has less than 2 m distance between the boundary line and any
out-of-bounds obstructions.
當發球員發球時 在邊線外的空間不足兩米時 防守者必須離發球者超過一米
也就是說如果發球員身後有超過兩米的空間 防守者是絕對可以緊貼的邊線的
