事實上小李對換帥一事不滿早就不是新聞了
當時球隊問了小李的意見 他隨口給了幾個心目中的人選
結果管理層就直接決定由槍西接任總教練
而非當時呼聲最高的馬刺女助教Becky
進而引起了許多球迷的不滿 跑去小李的推特底下噴人
而高層完全沒有要救火的打算 眼睜睜看著自家球星被噴
讓小李整個覺得莫名其妙 總教練你選的然後你不出來澄清？
（且據傳前總管Olshey與槍西交情匪淺 選槍西極有可能是總管一人的意見）
也因此讓小李非常的不爽 才開始喊吹密 你各位才有這些瓜可以吃
回到現在 在知道前因後果的情況下
球員與槍西緊張的原因也就不難理解
因為當初挺槍西上位的前總管被炒了
加上最近我拓戰績非常糟糕 槍西被抓出來鞭也就不意外了
只能說前總管Olshey神通廣大 幹過的事還真不少 有機會再跟大家分享
至於這位前總管的遺毒 我想應該還會再維持一段時間
身為拓迷 也只能再忍受一陣子了
